Surprisingly, there are few tools on the market today to do what Oracle does in its cloning process. One tool that I found that will assist you with the cloning process, should you find that you and the Oracle solutions do not always see eye to eye, is Babboo.

Babboo

XClone by Babboo.com, an Oracle Certified Partner, provides a standard Java interface with drag and drop features to a new cloning solution. XClone provides the ability to schedule your clones to occur automatically after you have configured your Master Environment (your source) and defined your destination (target) for the given situation. While it requires an additional plug-in to enable XClone to clone the application layer, the single GUI interface and ease of installation and use allow more effortless manipulation of the entire environment and more overall consistency to the process.
