pack

Pango
The library that GTK+ uses to render text. Pango can display nearly any kind of writing, not just writing that runs left to right.
parent class
The class from which a child class derives its methods , properties, and signals.
pathname
A filename specified along with its complete path .
pixmap
(XPM) In the X Window System, a specific bitmap format for color images.
point
A typographical unit of length equal to 1/72 of an inch. Normal text is roughly 10 points tall, but with GTK+ and Pango, the actual height depends on your monitor's resolution.
property
Data storage in a GObject object; a property has an identifier, name , description, domain, initial value, and code to read and set the value.
