James V. Walker, MCSE, CPM, BSMEJames Walker has been in the information technology industry for more than 20 years and has been a contributing author, technical editor, and technical reviewer for a number of books involving security, electronic messaging, network operating systems, and data communications. As director of engineering for Pandora Networks (an XoIP On Demand Communications company), James is involved in the technology selection, design, planning, implementation, and troubleshooting of collaboration and presence IT projects for Fortune 500 companies.
