A.17. Users

A user represents a single entity within RT. Usually, the RT administrator creates users manually, but RT can be configured to autocreate user objects under certain conditions, such as when it receives mail from an email address that it has not seen before. Once a user exists, they can log in and modify their contact information, such as address, phone number, and preferred language.
