This book was written to give beginner and intermediate PHP programmers a good foundation on which to base their learning. A number of topics have either been omitted altogether or glossed over due to this book's focus. In this appendix I list a number of useful PHP- related Internet resources, briefly discuss where to obtain more information for databases and other advanced topics, and include a few tables, both old and new.
