Congratulations! You, your team, and your stakeholders have finished your project and your new system and associated products are in production. After your project has successfully delivered its required outcomes , there are three remaining project management activities that must be completed:

• The postimplementation review,

• The development and implementation of the benefits realization plan, and

• The design of system support reviews.
