Host Detail Reporting

You can access Host Detail reports through the Reports menu. Figure 9-11 shows a sample configuration for a report of this style. As with Group Detail reports, the Host Detail report includes configurable parameters for name, description, groups, and viewer type.

Host Detail reports, as shown in Figure 9-12, contain information regarding the configuration of hosts. To view this type of report, you first configure the report as described earlier, and upon completing the configuration, click the View Report button at the bottom of the configuration page. The detailed information in this type of report is as described in Chapter 3, "Understanding CSA Groups and Hosts," and includes the following:

• Host description

• Operating system

• Product information

• Host UID

• Group membership

• Applied rule modules

• Registration information

• Polling detail

• IP address
