WAL (Write-Ahead Logging) implemented. Improves database consistency and reduces data corruption resulting from a system crash.

TOAST (The Over-Attribute Storage Technique) implemented. Enabled any size rows to be stored in tables. Removed previous fixed-row lengths.

Outer joins implemented.

Fixes implemented for running on 64-bit CPUs.

Optimizations to query engine.

Inherited tables now accessed by default on query of parent.
