For billing and payment information , I suggest having a subform for billing information on the customer information form. However, I would make it a separate form, rather than including it with the address, phone, etc. subforms. When a customer pays a bill, have a button on the bill record that, when pressed, opens a form to enter the payment information and links it to the bill record. You could also set up a button on the customer record that allows you to enter a payment not linked to a bill. |
