Printing Field Codes

Before you print a document that includes field codes, make sure that you've performed an update to reflect all the latest changes. Here's how:

1. Choose Tools, Options and select the Print tab.

2. In the Printing Options section, select the Update Fields check box. When you click Print later, field codes will be updated automatically before the document is printed.

   Note 

   If you begin to print the document and find that one of the borders isn't printing, try changing your page margins to move the boundary inward.
