When you're doing volume business on eBay, not all transactions go smoothly. At the very least, not every item you list sells. Some high bidders don't pay. Others send you bad checks, or try to pay with a stolen credit card.

In other words, when you run an eBay business, you have to be prepared to deal with a few problems.
