A bitmask indicating whether the provider requires data store–generated URLs for row creation and scoped operations.

• DBPROPVAL_GU_NOTSUPPORTED—Consumers must specify full URLs of created rows or destinations for copy and move operations.
• DBPROPVAL_GU_SUFFIX—The provider generates the URL suffix. Consumers must specify a path.
