Completing the Pool Build

Whether you added resources manually or imported them, your resource pool build isn’t complete until you’ve assigned each member to the appropriate security groups and categories. By default, all new resources become members of the Team Members group. Make certain that you have valid values in all your custom fields, especially the required fields.
