1. For the library example for which you designed a database in Chapter 5, create a process diagram.

2. For the library example, using the process diagram created in the previous exercise, plan the implementation by producing a storyboard.

3. Create a process diagram for a credit card application. Agents could include sales clerks at establishments who “take” the credit card, clerks at the bank who process your payment, and the system that sends out bills. You might think of more or different agents. Would you, the card owner, be an agent for any process?

4. Create a process diagram for a buy-and-sale, people-to-people operation. How is this different from a store?

5. Create a process diagram for an auction. How is this different from the previous problem?
