Conclusion

Risk management is important and should be done no matter the size or complexity of the project. Less complex, less risky, or smaller projects will require much less effort to review, evaluate, and manage risks. More complex projects will take more time, especially because complexity in itself is generally a risk. However, if the risk analysis takes more time, it is probably worth it. The first time this is done, it may be time-consuming. Remember, there is a learning curve, so the second and third times will be quicker. Bottom linerisk management is a good investment, and it more than pays for itself because problems are prevented that may have otherwise happened.
