Once you have a sense of where your business or organization stands, you need to decide what you're going to do. Making assumptions about what will and won't work in your group will limit your use of the ten-step process.
The best way to proceed is to develop a plan for learning and applying the process. Pick a tough issue you'd like to resolve and commit to using the ten-step process. Set up a time three or six months later to repeat the assessment checklist and see how well you're doing. If you stick with the process, your progress will amaze you.
