WS-MetadataExchange

Document:	Web Services Metadata Exchange (WS-MetadataExchange)
Purpose:	To specify how a requester is to retrieve metadata (data about data) that pertains to a service. The retrieval of metadata precedes the requester's invocation of the service itself and allows the invocation to occur with less likelihood of error. The retrieved data is from WDSL definitions, XML Schema definitions, and WS-Policy statements.
