Panther’s iSync application turns your Macintosh and your iPod into the best of friends — and you can expand this group by exchanging information between Mac OS X and many cellphones and PDA units.

A portable device must first be connected to your Mac — using a wired connection, such as USB or FireWire, or a wireless Bluetooth connection — before you can follow the steps in this task.

Did You Know?

After you have added a device, iSync will automatically recognize that device whenever you run the application. Of course, the device must be connected first.
