Remote and Dial Access

This section raises the questions you should ask your provider that relate to remote access and dial modem access to the sites on the IP/VPN service:

• Remote Internet VPN access Can you provide Internet-based VPN access to your IP/VPN service?

• Remote VPN access technology platform What technology platform(s) does your remote access/dial access service use?

• Internet VPN access interconnect points of presence (PoPs) In which locations do you provide access from the Internet to an IP/VPN service?

• Dial access Can you provide local dial-modem access to the Internet for the use of this Internet VPN access capability through your facilities or through partner facilities? If so, please detail the locations where you have dialup access points and modem speed support (V.92, V.90, and so on).
