Setting Up the Application


To begin with, you are going to place a Web frontend onto your Web service. Figure 12-2 shows a basic deployment diagram.

As you can see from Figure 12-2, this is a rather roundabout way to get to your data, but it does show you how easy it is to allow additional points of entry to your components. When you get to the "Referencing Your Objects Directly" section, you will go directly to the original components to access the database.
