About the Author

Judith Leary-Joyce is an expert in leadership and management. She is CEO of Great Companies Consulting, which she set up in 2002 after spending the previous year working on the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list. GCC helps companies build workplaces that make a positive contribution to the life of employees, whilst being successful in the market place. She is a board member of the Servant Leadership Centre for the UK. With a background in Gestalt psychology, she was a founder member and MD of the Gestalt Centre, a Psychotherapy Training institute, from 1979 to 1990.
