PUTTING RECOGNITION INTO HIGH GEAR

A telecommunications company rewards its best employees for their outstanding performance and dedication to success by offering them cars. Through the Car in Every Garage program, honored employees are permitted to choose either a BMW Z3, BMW 325, an Audi TT or a Dodge Durango.

The first cars were awarded to employees who, according to the company, went the distance and then some. In a competitive market for top talent, this program helps the company recruit and keep great people. Employees are eligible to participate in the program after two years with the company. Cars are leased and paid for by the company and given to the employee for a period of three years, with an option to buy at the end of the contract.
