One of the most common things we hear from supervisors about recognition is that it just seems too simple to work. And we have to agree—to a point.
Of course, you have to get through the learning curve, which can be difficult. But once a person becomes comfortable giving recognition, it is just about the easiest, most natural thing you’ll ever do—with shockingly big results!
Recognition. It seems a little thing; but sometimes the little things can mean the most. (And this is one of those times.)
