Software Needed to Run the Samples

The .NET Framework SDK, which includes ASP.NET, is required to run the sample code. ASP.NET requires either Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, or Microsoft Windows Server 2003. You can use Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition for development, but Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is not available for that platform. An alternative is to use a development Web server.
