A and B. Indexes are of significance only to data retrieval, and primary keys merely identify rows.

A and D. Many databases (especially nonclient/server databases) do not support the use of stored procedures, and stored procedures are fully supported in ColdFusion.

A3:

A, B, and C. SELECT does not change data and therefore does not support the use of triggers.

A4:

A. The use of stored procedures helps because they prevent users from passing explicit SQL code to be executed.
