Where Did My Field Go?

When I dragged the company name to the Group By header to group by that field, the Company field disappeared from my view. Is there any way to get it back?

Definitely. Outlook's default grouping behavior is to hide the grouped fields from the view and display them only in the group header. To change this, click Customize Current View from the Navigation pane and then select the Group By button. If it's checked, uncheck the box marked Automatically Group According to an Arrangement and then check the box marked Show Field in View for the field in question. Click OK twice to apply your changes.

Sharing Custom Print Styles

I've created a number of custom print styles. Can I share those with other users?

Officially, you cannot share those custom print styles with other users. Unofficially, there is way, although it isn't supported by Microsoft. Print styles are stored in a file with the name OutlPrnt. This is a hidden file and exists only if you modify an existing print style or create a new print style. You can replace another user's OutlPrnt file with yours, but doing so deletes any customizations the other user has made to his print styles. In addition, because it's not supported by Microsoft, it's possible that doing this could result in your Outlook installation becoming unstable. I recommend simply re-creating your print styles on the other machine.
