The WSDL document structure was discussed. Then you saw how to build proxies using Visual Studio. NET and also the WSDL command-line tool. We walked through the creation of an ASP.NET client, an ASP client, and an HTML client to consume the ASP.NET Calculator web service.

You saw how to build an Address Book web service and consume it through an ASP.NET application. Then you learned how to expose .NET Remoting Objects as web services by using a sample application walk-through . You then built an ASP.NET client to use the Remote Object.
