Use the HTML Styles panel (Figure 33-10) to set up macros for commonly used paragraph, lists, and other block formatting. To create an HTML style, select an element that contains block and/or font format options; then click the (+) button at the bottom of the panel, or choose New from the panel's Options menu.

Dreamweaver auto-enters any existing values into the appropriate panel fields. You can add or modify any value. Give the new style a name and click OK to accept the settings and create the style. This results in a new item in the panel.
To apply an HTML style, select an element and click the panel item.
Caution | Modifying an existing style does not update elements that use that style. To update elements that use the style, reapply it. |
