Power Panels

For all you power users out there! That's right, for everyone who thinks a mouse should never need to be touched (except for drawing, I hope), this one's for you. Normally, to collapse, expand, or go to a particular panel, you'd have to make an exception and use that horrid mouse. But why not just use CTRL-ALT-TAB to quickly cycle through the panels one at a time? The active panel will have a white dashed outline around its title to let you know it's active. To expand or collapse any active panel, just press the Spacebar. Now that's powerful stuff.

Oh, if you're on a Mac, don't bother with this one. Due to interface differences, it doesn't apply to you.
