Exercise 14: NoMore Paper

You are an administrator for NoMore Paper, Inc. a company that specializes in paperless solutions for small offices. As part of your support package, you act as a reseller and provide hardware, including workstations, to your customers. One customer calls to state that errors are infrequently occurring indicating that he has run out of swap space and he has no idea what that means.

You must make a service call to the customer and increase the size of the swap space.
