Rhinoceros is a NURBS-based modeler that employs many of the techniques shown in this book. It can be useful for several reasons. You can use it as a NURBS modeler and export the results in a polygonal format. More advanced readers could also consider downloading the Rhino I/O toolkit and writing code to read NURBS files natively. This could create many possibilities for taking advantage of NURBS features within your game engine. Finally, even if you don't care about that, it might be interesting to take a look at Rhino to see how a NURBS modeler really works. I showed you many techniques in the samples, but Rhino has many more features.
