Chapter 21. Web Services and ColdFusion

In this chapter, you will learn about the web service paradigm, how to use ColdFusion components (CFCs) to create web services, and how to invoke web services. Although ColdFusion MX web services have some limitations, they are the easiest web service implementation to use. Before we get into the implementation details, though, let's make sure we share a common understanding of what a web service is.
