Q1:	Is there a quick way to change the opacity of my target layer?
A1:	With the layer selected and the Move tool (V) active, simply go to the numeric keypad on your keyboard and press the first number of the Opacity you want1 for 10%, 2 for 20% etc. Or, type the number quickly 25 for 25%, 77 for 77%, etc. You do not have to click in the layer Opacity field first. Hint: For 100% press 0.
Q2:	How do I change the opacity of part of a layer? Rather than changing the opacity of the entire layer, I'd like to change the opacity of only part of a layer. How can I do that?
A2:	There are two ways: Quick method : Using any selection tool, select the area you'd like to alter. Then choose Edit>Fill and change the Mode pop-up menu to Clear and choose an Opacity (the color is not important). Click OK to make the change. Note: This method is not very flexible should you wish to change your mind later. More flexible method : Click on the Add Layer Mask icon at the bottom of the Layers palette to add a mask to the layer, and then paint (with gray) over the area you'd like to be altereduse darker gray for lower opacity and lighter gray for higher opacity. Note : This method is more flexible because the layer mask can be altered at any time.
Q3:	What is the difference between Opacity and Fill? There are two percentages for each layer: Opacity and Fill. What's the difference?
A3:	Opacity fades everything on the layer, including any layer styles. Lowering the Fill percentage will fade the pixels on the layer but not the layer styles.
