Chapter 11: Preparing Your Project for Publication

Overview

This chapter focuses on the final phase of the design cycle: checking the project for overallocated resources, correcting overallocations, and using Microsoft Project to prepare reports and printed views for the project sign-off meeting. This is both an ending and a beginning: The project design is nearly complete, and it’s time to get on with the project activities. It’s tempting to rush through this final portion of design, but these steps provide additional insurance that your project will serve as a good guide in the development stage.
