7.8 Test ”Customer Acceptance

We've finally made it. We test the system against the test plan. The test plan was written way back at the start, so there are no surprises . Even better, we've been testing the system against the test plan as we went along, so confidence is high. You and the customer run the test plan and everything is fine. What a wonderful project!

In reality, all these documents and stages will change as the project progresses. A natural consequence of a project is that you learn more about what you are trying to achieve the closer you get to the end.
