Office Online

Office Online is currently positioned to provide assistance to all Microsoft Office users. The site offers links to training and support assistance from Microsoft and third-party providers. In addition, the site offers links for additional peer-to-peer support opportunities.

With the release of the Microsoft Office System, Microsoft is exploring a number of new options for communication and support. At the time of writing, Office Online was seeing tremendous support and growth, so we mention it here. It would be pointless to assume that Microsoft will not be continually developing additional efforts, so don't consider this section to be the last word on Microsoft's offerings.

Office Marketplace

Web services (especially paid ones) are becoming more prevalent in the marketplace as are third-party providers with products and services that support FrontPage (and the other Office products). The Office Marketplace is a (new to Office 2003) Microsoft-sanctioned area where approved vendors can market their wares to the larger Office Community.
