Can't Set Security Settings with FrontPage 2003

I'm trying to set security settings in my site, which has FrontPage Server Extensions installed, and am unable to do so.

FrontPage Server Extensions aren't perfect all the time. Sometimes they simply "don't take" and need to be reinstalled. If you are having problems with your security settings, try reinstalling your extensions or having them reinstalled for you.

If that doesn't work, it is also possible that you have not been given the right permissions on the server side to make the security settings you desire. If this is the case, you will need these set for you by whoever has the permission to do so.

One other possible solution is that you are trying to set the security options on your local version of the server. Make sure that you open up the remote server if you want to edit the settings there through FrontPage.
