Complete the following exercises for the three case study companies. You may wish to refer back to Chapter 4, “Pre-Design Procedures,” to review the complete overview of each company. Once you have completed these exercises, you may compare your solutions with those in the back of the book. Realize that even though your answers may differ from those answers, that does not necessarily mean that one is right and the other is wrong.
