Process Improvement is continuous. You will never get the perfect procedure written, so try for something workable . Communicate that you do not want something awful but that perfection is out of reach. Get something and pilot it. The pilots will show where the gaps are more effective than yet another EPG review. This does not mean that you do not have EPG reviews! It means that do not have to keep re-reviewing and re-reviewing. Let the organization show you what works and what does not.
