Body Element Attributes
The general format for the Body element is as follows:
<body background="URL" bgcolor="color" link="color" vlink="color" text="color"> . . . </body>
The background URL displays an image as a background for the HTML page. The other attributes define the color (see the “Color Attributes” section later in this appendix). bgcolor is the background color, link is the color of an unvisited link, vlink is the color of a visited link, and text is the default color for the text within the document.
