It has been extremely exciting and satisfying to write this book and to be able to describe in detail the Web Forms architecture and its extensibility, the area of ASP.NET that I have worked on for the past few years . I would like to thank David Ebbo, Dmitry Robsman, and other ASP.NET team members with whom I worked closely during these years and have had many interesting and enlightening technical discussions. I would like to thank the team for bearing with me while I prioritized my writing work over my other responsibilities. I would also like to thank three other people at Microsoft: B. Ashok, Chris Anderson, and Steve Millet because of the influence they've had in shaping my career over the years by providing me with challenges and responsibilities that met my interests.
