If, after trying the red-eye reduction feature, you are still unhappy with the image, you can try adjusting the eye, pixel by pixel. It's tedious , but sometimes you need to use this method. You can use the Paint Brush tool to do the editing.

You need to determine the surrounding color choices to get a good match.

NOTE

Use different color shade variations. Using all brown or all blue, for example, leaves the eye looking hardened and unrealistic .
