Hour 24. Publishing a Creations

The final step in any Flash production is publishing. In Hour 19, "Linking a Movie to the Web," you learned the minimum steps required for publishing, but that was just in order to quickly get your movies to play in a browser. There's a lot more that the Publish feature can do. In addition to exporting a .swf file and the corresponding HTML file, you can use Publish to export other media types, such as QuickTime, plus traditional formats, such as GIF and JPG. All these formats will be discussed this hour.
