DVD Player: THE SUBTLE CONTROL DIFFERENCES

It seems that it would make sense for Apple's DVD Player to share the same keyboard shortcuts as the QuickTime Player, since they're both motion-graphics players, and they're both from Apple. Ah, if life were only that simple. While the Up/Down Arrow keys work for controlling the volume in the QuickTime player, you have to press Command-Up/Down Arrows to control volume in the DVD Player (the same volume shortcuts as iTunes). And while you mute the QuickTime Player by pressing Option-Down Arrow, you have to press Command-Option-Down Arrow to mute the DVD player. Thankfully, one important command is the same no matter which Player you're usingpressing the Spacebar starts or pauses movies in DVD Player.
