Preview: PRINTING FINDER WINDOWS

Since Mac OS X doesn't have the ability to print Finder windows (as in previous versions of the OS), here's a popular workaround: Make a screen capture of the window (Command-Shift-4 and drag a marquee around the window), which saves the capture as a PDF file on your desktop. Double-click on your PDF screen capture to open it in Preview, and then you can print the image from within Preview, producing a printed view of your Finder window (just like in "the old days").
