DON'T MAKE IT BLACKMAKE IT MEGA BLACK!

If you're creating a black background for something that will appear in print, don't just fill the background with 100% black. For that rich-looking, deep black, you need to have a custom black build (we call it mega black) for that "midnight black" effect when printed. Our favorite black build is C=75, M=50, Y=50, and K=100. Most traditional print houses use what they call a cyan kicker in their blacks, which is a black color build using 75% cyan and 100% black, but we feel our mega black build is much, well, blacker!
