Getting PowerPoint Updates on the Web

PowerPoint offers a quick and easy way to update PowerPoint with any new software downloads that improve the stability and security of the program. From the Help menu, simply select the Check For Updates command to connect to the Microsoft Office Online Web site to have your computer scanned for necessary updates, and then choose which Office updates you want to download and install.

Get PowerPoint Updates on the Web

Click the Help menu, and then click Check For Updates.

Click Check For Updates to find out if you need PowerPoint updates, and then choose the updates you want to download and install.
