Kevin Lawrence, of Diamond Sky http://www.diamond-sky.com , was kind enough to send along some ideas about the Perform rat hole I went down last time. He pointed out that there is a better way to do it, saying, in part, I think you are well on your way to reinventing delegates, and providing some code samples.

Delegates still don t fit in my brain very well, while the perform-by- name idea is familiar to me, so this came as no surprise. I took the occasion last night to spend a half- hour playing with Kevin s idea, and it s certainly better. That s what this chapter is about.
