Running into a problem when you are deep into creating a presentation can be a real problem. It is worse when you know the solution is out there, but you can't find it. You check the Help files, you beat your head on the desk, you try every menu option you can think of, but still “ no solution.

Bookmark the home page for the FAQ and read it. Use it as a reference tool when you run into problems. Use it to learn new stuff. Use it for entertainment. Just be sure to use it.
