Combined with more than 7 years experience in microcomputer training and systems development in the private, public sector, and non-profit organisation sector his professional expertise is focussed particularly on providing companies with a clear vision and direction in regards to Microsoft products. Marc currently holds the following certifications: MCT, MCSE NT4, MCSE W2K, MCSA, CNE 4.11, A+, Network+. Marc lives in Ottawa, Canada with his lovely wife Lynne and two daughters Isabelle and Carolyne.
